HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS?
CHEST / CHEST : to measure the circumference of the chest, place the tape measure* under the armpits, at the widest point of the chest, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
WAIST / ABDOMEN : to measure your waist circumference, place the tape measure* at the narrowest point of your abdomen (the indent that forms in your torso if you lean to one side), keeping the tape measure horizontal.
HIPS / PELVIS : to measure your hips, position the tape measure* at the point of maximum volume of your hips, keeping the tape measure horizontal.
* If you don't have a tape measure available , you can use any string or ribbon. 1. Loop the tape around the area you want to measure (keeping the tape horizontal). 2. Make a mark with a marker on the tape where the end meets. 3. Unroll the marked tape and measure the distance between the end and the mark you just made with a traditional (rigid) ruler or tape measure. The measurement will be the circumference of your body area.
