HOW TO TAKE FOOT LENGTH MEASUREMENTS?
- Tape a sheet of paper to a flat, hard surface, making sure it doesn't move.
- Stand on the sheet, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your weight balanced evenly (only one foot should be placed on the sheet).
- Ask another person to make a mark at the tip of your big toe and the end of your heel, with a pen or pencil perpendicular to the surface, while you remain upright at all times.
- Once you've made your marks, move away from the paper and use a ruler or tape measure to measure the distance between the two points. This measurement represents the length of the foot.
- Repeat the procedure measuring the other foot as well. Consider that it is normal to have two slightly different sizes of feet.
- Refer to the larger measurement of the two feet and consult our size and measurement table to find the one that corresponds to yours. If your foot length is halfway between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
