Ways of return

The purpose of atypical is to guarantee your complete satisfaction by purchasing on Atipicishop.com

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request the return within 14 days from the day when your order has been delivered (during the public holiday extended until 31 December).

 

Procedure for the return

We indicate the main points to proceed with the return of the goods:

  1. Request the activation of the return procedure by email a Support@atipicishop.com indicating the code and the name of the product you want to make, the reason for the return. 

  2. Indicates how you wish to proceed for the refund: if with the gearbox (suggested to make a size size), good (of the value of the goods made) or refund.

  3. Our customer service will contact you to give you feedback on the return approval and any instructions on how to return the goods. You will have to send the goods within 48 hours following the confirmation of return procedure approval.

  4. You will be contacted and updated by our customer service every time there is an evolution in the RMA (Return Material Authorization) procedure.

Conditions produced

The products must be returned in the same conditions in which they were delivered. In no case should not have been used, washed, tampered with or damaged in any way. The absence of identification cards, labels or original packaging will be considered as damage to the product.

Notes

  • If the return did not satisfy the conditions of made indicated in "produced conditions", we will not be able to accept your request.
  • The shipping costs to send the package of the products to be made are at your expense
  • If the return is accepted you can request the change of the product (free), the refund of the amount paid for the chosen item, or a credit in the form of a voucher to be used in the following 60 days for the next orders on atipicishop.com. In the event of a refund, you will re -ignite the amount of the purchase.
  • If we have made an error in sending you the item or if the same presents defects, the management costs made and shipping of the product (s) will be charged to us and you can request the change of the product, the refund of the amount paid for the chosen item, or a credit in the form of a voucher to be used in the following 60 days for the next orders on atipicishop.com.
  • In particular periods of the year, the gearbox may not be active, we will give you alternative methods via email.
  • If an article is returned in unsuitable conditions (worn with signs of usury, damaged, without cards, etc.) or outside the timing for the return we will not be able to reimburse it. In the event that the article is sent to you, we could also request to cover the shipping costs.
